Resin cabochons not cured properly - very sticky

I was not happy with this item. The first thing I noticed was that of the many colors shown in the product photograph, I only received 4 (with the exception of 1-2 tokens of the other colors). However, the most unsatisfactory thing was that the purple resin cabochons were not mixed/cured properly and were sticky, and the surface of the purple ones was somewhat shiny due to the wet stickiness, instead of being matte as they should have been, like the other 3 colors I received. So the appearance AND the stickiness were unsatisfactory. I believe I should receive a refund or replacement on this product.
