Better than competitors!

I ordered a similar chain from a competitor before I found this company. I sent a picture to the jeweleryandfindings staff. I explained what I hoped for in the chain, why I was displeased with what I had previously ordered and what I'd use the chain for (bracelets). Not only did the staff listen and share a product option, they sent pictures of their product from several angles (not catalog photos --- new ones taken by staff). THEN, they checked in to make sure I was happy with what I had received. These days, I think that's pretty stellar customer service.
